PA Greek Fest - OPA

ANNOUNCEMENT - MARCH 2020 - 2020 PA Greek Fest Postponed to later this year

Given the ongoing public health concerns around the global Corona virus and the Pennsylvania Department of Health’s recommendation to limit public gatherings, we have decided to POSTPONE the 48th Annual PA Greek Fest, which was scheduled for May 15th, 16th and 17th, 2020.

PA Greek Fest is Pennsylvania’s largest ethnic festival, and each year, our community looks forward to sharing our traditions and food with the Central Pennsylvania community.  However, out of an abundance of caution, we want to do our part in helping to manage this growing public health crisis and keeping our entire community safe.

We will publish the rescheduled date in the coming months, once the virus runs its course and the authorities communicate it is safe to resume public gatherings.  Look for updates on Facebook at www.facebook.com/pagreekfest.

All of us at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral pray for our community’s health and safety as well as all of those impacted by this virus all over the world.

Important reminders about our PA Greek Fest:

  • For the time being, we do not accept Credit Cards, but we have 3 ATM machines on site. We are looking into Credit Cards, but want to do so in a way that does not increase wait time for our guests.
  • On-site parking is limited. We invite you to park in the neighborhood surrounding our Cathedral but ask that you obey all parking signs and be courteous to our neighbors.
  • During peak times, our crowds can be large. We invite you to come in during off hours, generally between 2-4 on Friday and Saturday afternoon.
  • We are designed for a "sell-out". As we approach closing time on Sunday afternoon, you can expect that we run out of our more popular items.
